Returns HEADING_TITLE

e2shops UK aims to always provide high quality Goods that are fault free and undamaged. On occasion however, goods may need to be returned. Returns are governed by these Terms and Conditions.

You must check the Goods prior to accepting delivery. If you find that Goods are, different from those that you ordered, missing/short from an order, or have faults and/or are damaged including damages in transit and packing errors, you must not accept delivery. By signing for the Goods, you are confirming that Goods are delivered undamaged. We will not accept any claims once you have signed for the Goods.

You have a statutory right to a “cooling off” period. This period begins once your order is complete and ends 7 days after the Goods have been delivered. If you change your mind about the Goods, they must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Goods can only be returned if they are in pristine saleable condition in their original box and packaging so that the Goods can be re-sold, as new, without any additional work. You are responsible for paying the full shipment costs incurred by you when receiving and returning Goods. When returning Goods, you should pack well and use an appropriately insured and signed for method of delivery.

If you do not accept delivery or the couriers do not hear from you within 2 working days after attempting to deliver the Goods, your order will be cancelled and you will be responsible for paying the full shipment costs including the costs incurred by us when returning the Goods back to the warehouse. The amounts will be deducted from the total you paid us before a refund is issued.

You must contact our Technical Support Department on orders@e2beds.co.uk for a Return Merchandise Authorisation number (RMA). Please email us your full name and complete address, order number, date of purchase and date of receipt of Goods. All returns must have an RMA number issued prior to acceptance of returned product returned. Refunds and replacements will only be issued upon our receipt and inspection of the returned Goods and may take up to 30 days to process.

A 25% restocking charge of order value (a minimum of £25) will apply to Goods returned for a refund. The remaining amount as a refund for the Goods will be made to you within 30 days of cancellation, less the original delivery charge.

If you wish to return Goods to e2shops UK for any of the above reasons, please contact us without any delay by emailing us on sales@e2beds.co.uk. The Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt. No claims will be accepted if Goods are returned after 7 days.
